Strength, flexibility, and breath-to-body connection are major themes in Sydneys teachings. Focused mainly on Power flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, there is a class for everyone to enjoy.

PILATES

Sydney's extensive dance background shapes her approach to movement, bringing a fluid, contemporary Pilates style to her classes.

Her Pilates training spans matwork, reformer, and comprehensive apparatus certification—including Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel—through Breathe Education. She also specializes in “reformer-on-the-mat” Pilates, offering creative, high-impact classes for those who want the reformer experience without the studio cost. Blending strength, endurance, and flexibility, Sydney’s classes are intentionally layered to challenge all levels—and yes, you’ll feel it the next day.

Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your mobility and flexibility, or an advanced student who wants to learn  specific postures to maximize their skill set, her classes will leave you feeling great and limber!

Sydney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who creates individualized, strength-based programs tailored to your unique fitness level and goals. Through a thorough assessment and personalized approach, she builds progressive training plans that help you gain strength, confidence, and long-term results—no matter where you're starting from.

Sydney Sandor

Yoga | Pilates Mat | Reformer | Comprehensive | NASM 

Sydney began her fitness journey as a classically trained dancer, specializing in ballet, jazz, and contemporary. With over a decade of experience as a dance instructor and a background as a competitive performer, she brings a unique fusion of movement, musicality, and discipline to every class.

She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed her training in Bali, Indonesia with House of OM. Her training emphasized a multi-style approach to yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Sydney taught yoga locally in Ottawa, where she focused on building strength, flexibility, mobility, and breath-to-body awareness in her students.

Motivated to deepen her movement knowledge, Sydney earned her matwork and reformer Pilates certifications with Breathe Education. She went on to teach Pilates in Canggu, Bali, delivering thoughtful, layered classes designed to build confidence and connection, with optional props to support all levels.

Most recently, Sydney became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, allowing her to expand into strength-based training. She specializes in customized weight-training programs that meet each client at their current fitness level—supporting progress through safe, effective, and empowering sessions.

She approaches every session with trust, humility, and a passion for helping others move and feel their best.​​​
